Welcome to the LEAN40SG certification program. This program is aimed at teachers and trainers in operations management, lean management, production management, process improvement and other related subjects.

This program allows training in the use of the LEAN20SG buggy application to organize training seminars.

The educational environment is made up of:

– A WEB application to configure the groups and the game rounds

– An android application that allows students to play in the classroom.

Although the application is aimed at vocational training students, it can also be used in professional environments for training production teams, especially for operators and team leaders.

The game has been developed by the Lean40sg project consortium, in the context of the Erasmus+ program, and has been funded by the European Union.

Its use is totally free. Contributions for its improvement are welcome.
